Another first class job done by Mr Wilce.My pc was making annoying churning noises for no reason and was going slow and so had a new hard drive fitted and now its running like new again.Don't bother with berks like pc world,go to I Fix Pc's and you won't be disappointed!

After having problems with my Sony laptop I contacted Andy , dropped it off to him and had it back fully repaired with a replacement part in 5 hours ! Andy kept me informed throughout. I would certainly recommend his services with confidence. Many thanks.

Living in both Australia and England, I need a laptop that allows me to work efficiently in both countries. I can say "hand on heart" that Andrew is the best computer engineer I have come across.

My hard drive crashed on me, so I went through the normal procedure to find help, then I found I Fix PC's. I rang Andy, and he worked on my computer the same day. He kept me informed all the way and gave me prices of what was needed. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided and would highly recommend his services.

Andy - a great guy! Sorted out power connector problem on my laptop - a simple problem (aren't they always) but took engineering skill to correct it, including obtaining Toshiba service manual to do the job properly. He's also been able to offer advice and support on other problems too and follows up afterwards - why would anyone want to go to PC World?

was recommended to take my computer problem to Andy by a local shop-keeper who had known Andy for several years. I phoned and spoke to Andy about the problem, and he immediately offered to look at the computer the same day. After making a diagnosis, the appropriate spare parts were ordered, and within two days the computer was up and running again. Despite other ongoing problems with the computer, Andy came round to the house several times, all at very short notice, and put the problems right. I found Andy to be a very genuine and pleasant person to welcome into my home and can confirm that his charges were very reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending Andy to sort your computer problems for you.

My computer suddenly switched itself off and then did not boot up again for many attempts afterwards. I initially took it to PC world to repair, who had asked for almost £70 simply to perform the diagnostics, before they had even performed any repairs. When I returned to collect my PC 2 weeks later, I was told that it did not boot up, so nothing had been done. When we were told it would be another 3 weeks before any repairs could be carried out, we then found I Fix PC'S though yell.com, and explained the problem to Andy. We dropped the PC off to him the next day, and he had repaired the PC in 4 hours.
I would recommend Andy to anyone, as he is very fairly priced, and his dedication to solving computer problems rapidly is to be commended.

My PC was running slow and wasn't shutting down properly. I was recommended by a good friend to contact Andy Wilce and did so. Within a few hours of taking the PC to him he called me to say it was done and now it is running fine again. I will also add that I found Andy to be very friendly, genuine and most helpful and I would not hesitate to contact him again with any computer problems.

When presented with a blue screening laptop by my daughter I feared the worse.Fortunately a quick internet search produced Andy's details. During a phone call to explain the problem he provided a very reasonable indication of what the repair was likely to cost. He collected the laptop the next day and within 48 hours of my original call had it back and fully functional. Many thanks for such a rapid and friendly service.

Phoned Andy shortly after 10.00am the PC was out of action due to a virus. By 3.00pm the same day the problem was fixed and I collected my PC. Thanks Andy for a fast and efficient service. I would recommend anyone with problems to make you the first person they call.

Have been to Andy with three laptops over the last 18 months one of which he advised was not worth repairing the other two were rapidly and efficiently put right. Excellent service from a friendly guy who is very willing to be as helpful as possible. Through my own stupidity, a virus got onto my computer rendering it unusable. A telephone call to Andy confirmed that he should be able to deal with the problem. I took the machine to him in the morning and by early afternoon he was calling to say that it was ready for collection.
Speedy, efficient and friendly service, all at a reasonable price. What more could I ask for.
